Montgomery County Preservation Tax & Brownfield Revitilization Incentive Tax Credits: Montgomery County Tax & Brownfield Revitalization Incentive Program will allow for real property tax credits. For example, at the Gymnasium Condos at NPS, we received over $400,000 in awards covering five to seven years of the county property tax---essentially a $25,000 subsidy per unit.
